The Strip is boring because there is nothing really going on there. However, it doesn't take long at all for these scripted behaviours to seem. I mean, it's all well and good for the original funny moment seeing some random NCR NCP puking in the street or on a tree, or dancing in a fountain while being scolded by a robot. I would go on to say that it's not just the lack of characters present on the Strip, but the depth of the characters who are present. They didn't add enough people or random activities I think. Everywhere you go it is described as being the best place in Vegas and the most populated but unfortunately this is not the case. I think it is because of the lack of characters present on the Strip.
